We do not perform background checks or endorse any users, and do not accept responsibility for the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information provided by users.

5.4 Account Password

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

5.5 Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Although regular backups are performed, the Company or Operator does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Service.

We respect the intellectual property and copyrights of others. If You believe copyrighted work has been infringed through the Service, please contact Us in writing with the relevant details including a description of the work, the URL of the infringing content, and your contact information.

7 — Orders of Goods

7.1 Position of the Service in Orders

Our role is that of a facilitator between You and the Sellers. We are a third party in Orders, which limits Our liabilities in any disputes between You and the Sellers.

7.2 Your Information as Buyer

If You wish to place an Order, You may be asked to supply information including Your name, email, phone number, credit card details, billing address, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information supplied is true, correct, and complete.

7.3 Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, property descriptions, specifications, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.

7.4 Prices Policy

The Company or Operator and Seller reserve the right to revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

7.5 Payments

Payment is subject to validation and authorisation by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

7.6 Service Fees

We may charge fees for the right to use the Service. More information is displayed during your Order. We reserve the right to change service fees at any time.

7.7 Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including Goods availability, errors in descriptions or prices, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

If You as a Buyer cancel an Order, the amount paid (including Service fees) is not refunded unless circumstances outside Your control apply — in which case, contact Us.

If You as a Seller cancel an Order, the amount paid by the Buyer will be refunded in full.

7.8 Order Disputes

If a Buyer or Seller disputes an Order, the Company or Operator should be notified. The dispute will be resolved at Our sole discretion.

8 — Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of the Company or Operator under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or £100 if You have not purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company or Operator shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.

8.2 "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Company or Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.4 Translation Interpretation

These Terms of Service may have been translated for Your convenience. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

9 — Disputes Resolution

10 — Intellectual Property of the Service
